TLV62569: the display light on the mainboard is always red and no function .

1. The unit is used on automobile , so the issue must analyze and need a analysis report. Thank you.

2. The fail descripttion: the display light on the mainboard is always red due to the TLV62569DBVR (TI) PIN1 and PIN2 open circuit. The display light on the OK motherboard turns red for about 2 seconds than turning blue.

3. If the cause of the abnormal analysis is caused by EOS, please add de cap and verify the damaged area，and analyze the possible root cause .
