Regarding the TPS22950CQDDCRQ1 Schematic Issue

1.Vin = 3.3V , Vout = 3.3V, Iout = 1uA.

Does it have other items and need to notice it? 

Are input capacitor / output capacitor value OK?

Hi Vincent,

The schematic is ok - nothing looks concerning. Large input/output capacitances are typically only used if there is a fast startup slew rate with a large output current or if there's input noise. Thus, any capacitance that isn't related to your EMI filter or other application needs isn't required.
