The [RUP_DIS] bit may not change when the load current of the product is changed.
Can you tell me the conditions for setting and clearing the [RUP_DIS] bit?
Fig. 1 and Fig 2 shows the measurement results when the current load of the product is high.
This is the condition under which the Chem ID is obtained.
Fig. 3 and Fig 4 shows the measurement results when the current load of the product is small.
Under these conditions, the [RUP_DIS] bit is not set and RaTable is not updated.
The figure below shows the bits that may be relevant.
Offsets are added for each bit to make it easier to understand the set and clear of each bit.
