Thanks for the detail. Output pin of the REF102 supports 10mA current . You can add have a PNP transistor as shown in figure 7B (page 8) to improve the load.

May I know what is the total load current you need?

The output for REF102 is 10V. Do you mean ADC power supply or the refernce input for ADC ? May I know which ADC you are using?

This 10V is going to load cell as a supply voltage and we are returning back the signal through the ADC ADS114.

Yes, this reference can be uses this with ADS114 as REFP and REFN input as the maz reference input can be upto AVDD. Please make sure that you take the trace directly from the REF pin and GND pin of the reference to ADC to avoid IR drop. This ADC offers internal buffer so the path will be highZ.
