Hi expert,

My customer wants to know whether LM5108 has internal pull down resistor.

if the answer is yes, how about the pull down resistance?

they want to see whether they can not put external pull down resistor to save the BOM cost.

    Hey Emma,

    Thank you for your question regarding the LM5108.

    The LM5108 has an internal pulldown resistance on both of the input pins as well as the enable pin. All of these pulldown resistances are 250kOhms.
