TPS61093: Inductor Acoustic Noise Issue

Hi,

Customer has an issue with inductor Acoustic Noise.

Input voltage : Max 150mAh@ Alkaline Battery 2.0~ 3.2V

Output voltage : 17V

Output current : 15 ~ 20mA


Changes to Inductor 10uH products do not remove Acoustic Noise.

It seems to be a problem because of the increased power over the initial design.

1. Please review the schematic.
2. Please recommend the Inductor value.

    Hi CHO,

    I don't see much concern about the inductor. Please remove the 10nF capacitor C68 and try again.

    If the acoustic noise still exists, please provide the Vin, Vout and inductor current waveforms for further debug.
