Please download PSPICE-FOR-TI and use the model to evaluate the device.

Please let me know what else you need to support this question since you rejected my answer.

I have provided the TI equivalent spice model and you should be able to evaluate this on your end.

Since TI will not be supporting models on competitor platform, we have made our own internal LT equivalent model for your evaluation needs.

Thanks for your input but I checked this model is not working with LT spice SW.

Hi,

Have you tried using PSPSICE-FOR-TI software as I've previously mentioned?

We don't check if it works with competitor software so that is why there is a "PSPICE-FOR-TI" software.
