TPS92314: Auto restart issue in CC mode

Hi TI team,

I have designed LED driver for 95V-265VAC input and output 24VDC @150mA in CC mode. I have build the proto types and all the components values including transformer design as per simulation xls.

I am facing issue like whenever I turn on the board - output is auto restarting i.e. LEDs are turn on/off continuesly?

I checked the VCC voltage and it is varing in between 16V to 18V.

Any idea what would be the issue?
