Hi Team,
Since the LM2663 has entered EOL/last time buy, is there a direct replacement that you recommend? The LM2660 is only capable of 100mA and the design requirement is >100mA. Please let me know if there is a device that is planned to replace the LM2663.
Thank you!
-Jared
Hi Jared,
I am afraid we do not have more direct replacement.
You may find more charge pumps from https://www.ti.com/power-management/non-isolated-dc-dc-switching-regulators/charge-pump-inductorless/overview.html.
You can find LM2775 is capable of 200mA with a different footprint.
Best Regards,
