Whether can tps7h4010-sep +5V@1A and -5V@1A from input +12V ? or you can recommand me space grade power mangment IC to output +/-5V @1A from input +12V

Its possible to generate negative voltages using the TPS7H4010-SEP.

We have not attempted something like a flybuck with the device.
