BQ76920: BQ76920 cell voltage incorrect

Hi

The customer design with BQ76920. The voltage of the first two cells is very small in one cell and very large in the other cell.  They used an oscilloscope to see that the collected voltage has stabilized.

But the AFE collect the voltage incorrect.

The schematic as below.

Please Help check the schematic.

    Hello Star,

    I see that VC1 is connected directly to TS1. This is not good/okay, as there will be a constant current drawn through here and that will cause voltage inaccuracies.

    In our EVM we only use this for wake-up and it is only connected when pushing a button, we do not leave it connected.
