TPS65130: The output issue for TPS65130

Will the symptom disappear if you disconnect the load on -14V rail?

Yes, this is still happy, and sometime the 14V voltage is about 3V( The -14V is normal output, the 14V and -14V don't drop together), so we don't know if we have any issue for the schematic diagram, thanks.

1. Have you checked whether this is a board assembly issue?

2. You can move this issue IC on one of the 19 OK boards you have tested and move one OK IC from one of the OK boards onto this issue board. This is what we called ABA test to understand if symptom will follow IC or board.

We use the below left TPS65130 that the -14V output issue don't happen, and we use the right TPS65130 and the issue still happen, so we consider to know if there are any update for Die or technology design after 2015? thanks.

This is very strange, the -14V output issue will normal after we restart the power, and please also check the schematic if there are any capacitor or resistance we need to modify, thanks.

Have customer observed any inrush current when powering on the device? From my side, if the output could be ramped up when no load, so the possible cause could be related to the overload.
