REF3133: REF3133 and REF3133-Q1 electrically identical?

The difference is that the REF3133-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified. More information can be found on the product page in the datasheet and under "Functional safety information".

thanks for your answer.

I know very well what Q1 means. But that was not my question. The question is, whether I can replace the REF3133 with the REF3133-Q1, without needing to make additional development and measurements. The question is whether the REF3133-Q1 is a 100% drop-in replacement for the REF3133.

The background is the following: We have the REF3133 in an application which does not need to be AEC-Q100 qualified. Unfortunately, we suffered from defective REF3133, as you can see when opening my link. One remedy would be to replace the REF3133 by the REF3133-Q1 in the next soldering in the hope that the REF3133-Q1 does not suffer from the same defects as the REF3133 did.
