We have got BQ76942 EVM for evaluation.

We want to get the OTP programmed from factory with fixed configuration file.

Kindly suggest some way out.

Or kindly suggest some easy way out to program the BQ76942 device before mounting on the board for assembly.

Or can the MSP430 used in the eval board program Flash files be provided to us so that we may program using BQStudio??

We don't provide custom programmed devices aside from the device versions that are already available on the product page.

I recommend reading this FAQ for details on programming the OTP: (+) [FAQ] BQ76952: Common questions for OTP programming with the Bq769x2 Device Family - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums.

I also recommend reading Section 3 of the Calibration and OTP Programming Guide for the recommended steps to write the device OTP during production.
