Part Number: TLV62065

Customer uses TLV62065TDSGRQ1 in A-LKAS project. Customer requested us to provide the AEC-Q006 qualification result data for PCN#202209120000.2 due to consider to accept this PCN. Could you please provide them?

    Hi Takashi,

    Thanks for contacting us. 

    The AEC-Q006 standard was introduced after TLV62065TDSGRQ1 was released.

    However, the device is considered AEC-Q006 compliant since the AEC-Q006 specification states that if a device has been previously qualified for Cu wire, it meets the AEC-Q006 requirements and isn’t required to complete additional specific AEC-Q006 testing.

    Thank you so much for you prompt reply.

    I understood it meets the AEC-Q006 requirements and isn’t required to complete additional specific AEC-Q006 testing.

    However, could you please provide an original AEC-Q006 tested results for TLV62065TDSGRQ1 ?

    Hi Takashi,

    There are no original AEC-Q006 test results for this device.

    The reason is that at the time the device has been originally qualified, the AEC-Q006 standard didn't exist yet. And the AEC-Q006 standard specifies that for such devices with previously qualified Cu-wire process, there is no need for AEC-Q006 qualification.
