Shouldn't the dots circled below be connected? Does this affect current sensing?

Hi Alan,

The BUS and CSN/OUT pins should not be connected as shown in your schematic. Figure 11.2 in the datasheet shows the correct setup.

Hi Eric,

Currently, no problems have been found in customer testing. The customer wants to know more about how the customer's connection sequence affects the current detection process? Or what problems might it cause?

Hi Alan,

100ohm resistor is shorted. It's not allowed.

The resistor is useful in short to battery condition such as DP/DM_IN short to battery.

It's used to limit surge current.
