Hi team,

I'm looking for Vin>45V reset IC with small size. As I search if the device Vin>45V, the number of pins are at least 8 Pins.

do you have any recommendation (no need Q-grade)?

Hi Jimmy,

When you mention small size, what dimensions did you have in mind? Do you require overvoltage or undervoltage monitoring?

Hi Isa,

We only need Vcc, Sense, reset and GND 4Pin's function. I asked small size's reason is that TPS3760 is 14Pin device but only has 7Pin have function, 7Pin is NC, just would like to check do we have smaller one.

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for sharing feedback, if you need only 1CH for monitoring (OV or UV) then the TPS3760 DYY package is the only option available at the moment.

Another option could be TPS38-Q1 which is in a smaller 10-pin DSK (2.5mm x 2.5mm) package but this has two separate channels (for OV or UV monitoring).
