Hi,

My customer design requirement is as below:

output voltage: 3.3V

output current: 3A

what's the min input voltage the device can support?

    Hi Jim,

    TPS82130 has 100% duty cycle feature for lowest dropout, and the max duty/min input voltage is decided by below equation.

    VIN(min) = VOUT(min) + IOUT*RDP.

    RDP is typical 160mOhms so under 3A output, the min VIN is 3.3+3*0.16=3.78V.
