The distance from power source to TPS61299 would be few inches of cable.
The datasheet states that in that usecase, user should place additional bulk capacitance (tantalum or aluminum electrolytic capacitor) between ceramic input capacitor and the power source to reduce ringing that can occur between the inductance of the power source leads and ceramic input capacitor.
My customer can't use tantalum or aluminium electrolytic capacitors, due to design restraint, so would it be okay to use ceramic capacitors for bulk cap instead?
