I'm Gerardo Lopez Carpinteyro, currently Im working for NAL Mexico an automotive company, right now our company have a problem with one of your products. One IC , I would like to follow this concern with one customer service contact of TI.

 

LM5122QMHX/NOPB: This Part number fail in fieLd with our OEM, and the investigation that our manufactured perform found that this IC fail in one of the Outputs, and we dont know why this fail, i have one report about this investigation performed in Japan.

    I am sorry to hear the LM5122 is causing trouble for your design.

    To look for the root cause of the failure, we can offer the review the design.
    Would you be willing to share the LM5122 schematic as well as the input voltage range and output power?
    Can you also give more details on the failure you observe?
