The schematic diagram is as follows. After power on, the MOS transistor at the ideal diode drives the output voltage to be low, and the DGATE-A voltage is around 4V, which cannot fully drive the MOS. The test bootstrap capacitor voltage value CAP-VS is 12-14V, and the backend output HGATE output is normal.Attempted to remove the MOS driver current limiting resistor, but the output voltage is also abnormal.
