LM74912-Q1: The output driving voltage DGATE is too low to fully drive

Part Number: LM74912-Q1

The schematic diagram is as follows. After power on, the MOS transistor at the ideal diode drives the output voltage to be low, and the DGATE-A voltage is around 4V, which cannot fully drive the MOS. The test bootstrap capacitor voltage value CAP-VS is 12-14V, and the backend output HGATE output is normal.Attempted to remove the MOS driver current limiting resistor, but the output voltage is also abnormal. Could you please help to find the reason? Thank you
