From where did you know there is such a PCN?

The wire information provided by TI in 2010 was Au wire.
However, it is now Cu wire material, and we are checking to see if there is a PCN for the material change.

I checked all changes since 2009 on UCC2897A and did not find a change record on the bond wire change so no associated PCN. If you can provide the evidence 2010 AU wire information, I can use that as a clue to try another time.

What is your concern on this Cu and Au difference in case no PCN can be found?

I checked with the source of the AU Wire information (TI Japan) to confirm the basis of the information.
However, they responded that the basis was unknown because the person in charge at that time was not available.
TI Japan has informed us that the 2010 Au wire information will be treated as a misstatement since there has been no change since 2009 based on E2E investigation.

I do not know where to move on unless you can provide additional evidence such as some documentation or similar.

Again what would be the concerns at now that make you to look for the PCN.

TI Japan has instructed us to check PCNs through E2E, so we have asked them to do so.

Based on the results of E2E's confirmation, there were no changes or related PCNs.
TI Japan has confirmed that AuWire's information was incorrect.
