Battery not charging when SYSOFF is pullup

Hello,

I'm using the BQ24075 on the Sparkfun's battery babysitter dev kit and i can't not be able to charge the battery when i plug in the USB cable without placing the SYSOFF to 0V. Is it possible using to charge the battery even when the SYSOFF is a pull up.

Hello Jota,

Thanks for reaching out on E2E. When SYSOFF is pulled high then the FET from BAT to OUT is turned off, which means no current will be going to the battery, so to answer your question it is not possible. You can connect the SYSOFF PIN connected low for normal operation.
