We have one application requirement where I see LM74700 is a best possible solution, but I have some concerns before I make the decision to use this IC.
1. Whether this IC is capable to handle LV124 E6 test requirements? i.e. 1V-6V AC superimposed on 12V battery line with frequency ranges between 15Hz to at least 30KHz? If yes what is the maximum threshold it can handle in worst case conditions? and whether it successfully blocks reverse current during this time by turning MOSFET ON and OFF? If yes what is the time interval?
2. What is the GATE turn ON and turn OFF time of this IC in case of u-cut or during reverse current blocking in worst case condition.
