Hi Team,

This is new EVM. The customer has set the number of battery strings (4 Cell), but there is no voltage at the PACK terminal. He would like to know why?

You have to connect a charger (or push the WAKE button) to turn on the gauge (this will produce a voltage on PACK+). If the FETs are both on, there should be a voltage on PACK+.
