LM5156H-Q1: RFBT and RFBB resistors permissible values

Hello,

I use the LM5156H-Q1 for a 12V to 40V boost converter. the maximum output current is 100mA.

What is the maximum RFBT and RFBB resistors permissible values? the leakage value of the FB pins is not indicated in the data sheet.

I would like to reduce the power consumption on the RFBT and RFBB resistors to minimum.

Hi Yossi,

For this power level, you may use LM51571-Q1 with integrated MOSFET.

The FB bias current is typically less than 50nA over temperature. This is for your reference only.

So, using 200K for RFBT should be OK.
