TPS560200-Q1: TPS560200-Q1 slope and residual voltage ?

Part Number: TPS560200-Q1

Burn-in(ageing) test of TPS560200QDGKRQ1.

The signal generator control board is repeatedly powered on and off for aging, once every 0.5 seconds for two days. The voltage rise slope is approximately 4V/us . At present, we found that the output voltage of the 5V output pin of the Buck is 10.2V, so it is judged to be damaged.
Want to know about the conditions/spec of the TPS560200QDGKRQ1 BUCK chip that causes chip abnormalities under the following conditions?
1. The slope of voltage rise and fall?
2. And what is the range of residual voltage start-up?
