Can I ask VGS behavior during GND open?
Does TPS1211-Q1 has the function that makes ext MOSFET Gate-Source short when GND pin is open?
current solution requires Gate-Source short during GND open so I want to know TPS1211-Q1 can supports it or not.
this is my understading from datasheet.
from TPS1211x-Q1 Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA, TPS1211-Q1 does not power up and is disabled when GND is open.
ext MOSFET gate is controled by PU/PD_ON/OFF.
depending on the PU/PD_ON/OFF status(floating/ VS/ SRC/ GND) during the device disabled, VGS behavior would be changed.
if the TPS1211-Q1 doesn' support Gate-Source short, are there any recommended way to make Gate-Source short when GND is open, can you please let me know?
