TPS61023: TPS61023DRL Design Review Needed

Hi,

Need design review of the below design:

VSYS can vary between 3.3V to 4.2V. Maximum output current can be 5V.

Need the output supply clean and with low noise.

Also, trying to send this board to FAB in the next 2 days, so any review soon, will really help

    Hi SHYAM,

    The schematic is good. But TPS61023 is a device with 3.7A  switching current. It's hard to output 3A under 3.3-5V condition(Please View datasheet 7.3.4 for calculating output current). Also, TPS61023 does not support FPWM, which means the Vout ripple under light load is inevitable. Please View datasheet 7.4.2 for details.

    For your application, I recommend TPS61022.
