I couldn't find the rising time and falling time for the mosfet used inside ic.

tr, tf missing for switching loss calculation.

    Hello,

    These MOSFET parameters are not typically mentioned in the datasheet.

    I would suggest taking the LM61495-Q1 EVM and measuring the Tr and Tf based on the configuration you want.

    Note that Tr can change if you are using a RBOOT resistor which slows down the rising edge SW to help improve EMI.
