LM2841: XQMK/NOPB - Vfb range at +25degC

Just wanted to have a second opinion from the design team:

At 25degC, what is the typical min/max spec for the Vfb.

At the Junction temperature range, it is very concise in what the Vfb min/max limits are. However, for the device at room temp (25degC) is there a noticeable difference from 0.765V across devices?

Hi Ivan,

We don't have the spec for the min and max of Vfb at T=25C. But we have a batch of the test data. Test data shows that the min is 0.758 and the max is 0.765. Hope it helps.

That works, Thanks. How many units were used in the batch test data? It would be good to see how much the distribution correlates to the results.

Hi Ivan,

The number 30 is often used as a rule of thumb for a minimum sample size in statistics because it is the point at which the central limit theorem begins to apply. The units we use for the batch test data are >=30. Hope it helps.

Hi Hongjia, Yes for a minimum sample size. But for this specific batch: Was it a 30 unit batch run or was it more than 30? A larger distribution of units would make me very confident in the limit set provided.
