UCC27517A: Issue regarding the

Hi Team

The part number: UCC27517AQDBVRQ1 we are using in current limit mode application in BMS at low side.

IC is getting damaged(BURNT) while charger(Charger is connecting between Pack+ AND Pack-) is ON and without giving any load. Application circuit sent on mail.

PWM input is given to the Non-inverting input of IC from 3.3V Microcontroller.

Here +12V is referencing to Batt- Ground, whereas IC: UCC27517AQDBVRQ1 is Pack- reference.

Could you please help us to resolve the issue. Please share if any additional Information is required.

Can you send a picture of your schematic and layout? I'm not sure if you put up a screenshot of it in your original post, as I cannot see it.

As it's nearing 2 weeks, I was just following up to see if you can send the schematic and layout. I also noticed that you stated that you are sending the circuit via mail, so I was wondering if you are still intending to do that?
