TPS1H200A-Q1: Leakage current of /FAULT pin

Hello,

I am designing the circuit used TPS1H200A-Q1.

I am considering a circuit that connects a optocoupler to the /FAULT pin of TPS1H200A-Q1 to interface with the host controller.

I couldn't find any specifications for this /FAULT pin leakage current in the data sheet.

I estimate the value of the leakage current to be several microamperes.

I think it is unlikely that this leakage current will drive the LED with a built-in optocoupler, but if possible, I would like to confirm the value of this leakage current.

Hi Mesh,

We do not spec this on the datasheet as this pin is an open drain pin. There is little to no leakage on this pin.

It is not possible to provide a range here but I would recommend using the EVM to test your circuit if required.
