Hi Giorgia,

Some basic information like soldering pad dimensions is included in the datasheet. We follow standard JEDEC guidelines for soldering. Please refer to official JEDEC guideline. I am just attaching this document for reference.

Additionally, I would like to mention that wave soldering is not recommended due to thermal pads.
