TLC59108F: ON/OFF and PWM configuration doesn't works

My understanding is that your problem is that when you configure the LEDOUTx to PWM mode, it means you write LDRx to 0x10 but you can get the PWM dimming function as you want. Am I correct?

thanks for your reply. The device doesn't works in both mode LED ON/OFF and PWM mode.

Now I found that we use the TLC59108 instead the TLC59108F, and in our custom board we unconnect the REXT pin because on the datasheet of TLC59108F there is the picture of VQFN, but there is not on production. Our fault!

From your point of view, the I2C message were correct?

Since you can receive the ACK from device, so I think your I2C message is correct. Based on your first byte (chip address 0x44), I think you should pull up A2 pin and pull down the A0, A1 and A3, right?

yes, I think the problem is that our device is wrong: we suppose to use the TLC59108F, but we placed on the board the TLC59108 and we don't connect the REXT pin.

Yes, the address pin configuration is as you write!
