TPS7H4010-SEP: TPS7H4010MRNPSEP & TPS73801MDCQPSEP lead finish

Part Number: TPS7H4010-SEP

Hello, 

My team found a discrepancy in the lead finish for: TPS7H4010MRNPSEP & TPS73801MDCQPSEP.  Both Data sheets mentioned in section 1 (Features): Au bondwire and NiPdAu lead finish

However, later in the datasheet on addendum 1 (packaging information table) states that the lead finish is NIPDAUAG

Can I get clarification on which of the two is the correct lead finish for these parts.

    Hi Emmanuel,

    The addendum is correct - the finish is NiPdAuAg. This is also what is shown in the material content of both devices. I have circled where you can find the material content in the screenshot below in case you want to look or need to know in the future.
