TLV709: A and non-A version difference on DBV package

Part Number: TLV709

Hello expert,

May I know the A and non-A version difference on DBV package? I know the difference on PK package is IN or GND pin. But I'm not quite sure on DBV, could you help?

Best regards,

Ann Lien

  • Hey Ann Lien,

Thank you for your question! All the DBV (SOT-23) TLV709 have an A there is not non-A version of the DBV (SOT-23) package. This doesn't have any associated meaning like with the PK packages. So all DBV (SOT-23) packages are the same other than the voltage rating which is denoting by the following:

    TLV709AxxDBVR (SOT-23), xx = voltage rating, 01 = adjustable version, 33 = 3.3V version, 50 = 5.0V

This information is usually found towards the end of the datasheet and for the TLV709 section 8.1.2 Device Nomenclature.

    Thanks,

    McKyla
