Hi Julie,

The fab process is shown as below figure. That's all we could provide about the fab process. About how much the process, I'm sorry to say that's the confidential information and is not open to the customer. The size of the process is irrelevant of the soldering, could I ask why is this preventing the sourcing?

Hello Nini,

Thank you for the reply. I am in same company as Julie. This is in order to check if the process is soon to be obsolete or not. In essence, we would like to check if it would become NRND or EOL anytime soon or not.
