TPS65218D0: PMIC for Zynq7015

Hi team,

My customer is looking for PMIC for powering Zynq 7015. 

I found TPS65218D0/TIDA-00478 and I consider to promote this solution.

Just in case, is there any other newer solution?

    Hi Shota,

    Our FPGA / Processor PMIC attach page changed recently but we have a list that shows some of our documentation for certain processor families:

    I would check at the bottom for Xilinx products and see if any of the parts listed are more appealing. Most of the parts we suggest for Zynq 7000 series are from around the same time frame as the TPS65218D0.

    Hi James,

    I checked TIDA-00478 and noticed that TPS65218D0 needs some re-programming of output voltage/sequence for powering Zynq7000. We have TPS6521815(blank EEPROM), but it needs programming service by 3rd party at mass production.

    Is there any PMIC whose default setting of Vout/Sequence satisfies power requirement of Zynq-7000 like TPS65219 for AM243x?

    Hi Shota,

    We don't have a pre-programmed version of the TPS65218x for the Zynq 7000 series unfortunately. You would have to use either a different IC (TPS65023with discrete) or do the custom programming through a third party.
