Because of PCB constraints, inductor coil cannot be placed same side with LM5164 and FETs.

what is better design?

1.  short distance between switch FET and inductor with parallelly connected multiple vias.

2. without any via direct connection between switch FET and inductor with longer distance.

    Hello Kyungran,

    You can place the inductor on the opposite side and place vias on the switch node to connect FETs to the switching side of the inductor.  Make sure the amount of vias you use is capable of carrying the load current.
