  1. Do you have a recommended or specific protocol (method, procedure) for loading the software into the drivers?

   If yes, can you share this method with us?

  1. If for the drivers, at the tester level we were unable to carry out the re-programming, what could be the cause according to Texas instrument? knowing that :

       We use the UART RX-TX method for programming at the Lacroix test.       

                       The card was returned from the final customer TOYOTA and between Lacroix and TOYOTA the date passes to an equipment manufacturer for testing and assembly.

 

  1. If we send you the card for analysis: Would Texas Instrument be able to diagnose the drivers on an equipped card, and detect the fault without disassembly or other destructive testing?
