TLV803E: Glitch pulse during power up

Hi, TLV803/E support team

In the TLV803 datasheet, the glitch pulse during power up is shown as below. I can see it in the PSpice simulation result.

I think that this unexpected glitch pulse is appeared not only the open-drain device (TLV803/E) but also push-pull device (TLV809/E). Is this correct?

Are there a way to improve this glitch pulse? For example, adding external parts or changing device

Thanks for your question!

If you look at the datasheet Vpor, which is the lowest supply voltage at which RESET becomes valid is defined as 1.1V in this case for both open drain and push pull output variants.

Before Vpor output is not defined. I hope this helps
