Hi,  I am MURALI SELVAM from India. I need design simulation unencrypted model for TINA-TI. Model available in your website but that is only for encrypted PSPICE, I am trying import into TINA-TI which showing error I could not import encrypted model into TINA-TI and I tried to encrypted to unencrypted model but It is also failed so kindly give me unencrypted model for below given part number.

    Hello, we don't support TINA-TI anymore. All support has ceased. Also, these models are not intended to be used in that software and there tends to be compatibility issues.

    For transient analysis, please use PSpice for TI which can utilize the model available on the product folder.

    if you need any data which is not contained in the datasheet, please reply back.
