Regarding to the post related to "BQ51003: No power transfert when strong coupling just high voltage large pulses for VRECT.", I have changed the communication capacitors for 4.7 nF, 6.2nF, 8.2nF and 10 nF. Initialy the communication capacitors were 22 nF.
The best result for 10W charger is 8.2nF (L=56µH and transfert capacitor is 43 nF) for 5W charger it works well. Nevertheles, If the TX and RX coils are perfectly aligned then the transfert stops periodically (stable during few seconds only).
I cannot reduce the inductance because the quality factor will be bellow the standard requirement.
Any idea?
