UCC27517: Requirement for SIMPLIS Model

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

               I want to simulate the schematics of TIDA-010015(480W SMPS) design in SIMetrix software. But for this I have to use the SIMPLIS model of UCC27517. But unfortunately I'm not getting SIMPLIS model of the MOSFET. There is only PSPICE model of this available in TI website. How I can overcome this problem?

    Hi Arghya,

    Thanks for reaching out to TI. 

    We currently do not have a SIMPLIS model currently for this device. Is there a limitation to using the PSPICE model?

    Additionally, I do also want to mention that we do have an "A" variant in the UCC27517A that we would recommend over the non-A variant with the main difference is the improved negative voltage handling capability on the A-version.
