Used a new battery, the voltage flat area in Chem Data ranges from 3679mV to 3803mV after performing gold learning.

During the gradual aging of the battery
1, FCC will decrease, the voltage range of the flat area of the battery, will it change?
2, FCC will decrease, will the voltage range of the battery flat area, corresponding to the battery capacity change?

The voltage range stays the same. It will not change as the cells ages.

During the gradual aging of the battery, the FCC will drop and so will the battery capacity range corresponding to the flat zone voltage range. Is this understood correctly?

FCC will drop because Qmax diminishes and Ra increases. OCV(DOD,T), for most chemistries (except for example Silicon Anode) stays the same regardless of aging. The gauge doesn't use the flat zone directly (except indirectly for Qmax update disqualifications, should an OCV measurement fall into the flat zone).
