Hi team,

Do we have suitable device for below condition for isolated power modules? I am seeing 5V in and 5V out only option.

VIN : 3.3V
Vout : 3.3V
Iout (max) : 0.2A
Surge capability : 5kV

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry currently I cannot find an isolated power module to support 3.3Vin. You are right that our existing modules requires 4.5V min input to operate.

The customer may consider to use a charge pump to boost the 3.3Vin to a 5V intermediate voltage rail, then use UCC12051 to produce the isolated 3.3Vout.

Hi Yuhao,

My customer has an idea, that they can generate a 5V directly, and use a 5V to 5V isolated power module, then use a LDO to generate 3.3V.
