Hi Team,

I do have one query.

According to our battery parameters I do configure all necessary registers.

When the battery is charged to 4.2V and SOC is 100 percentage then I am seeing correct log for discharging and at terminate voltage I get 0%.

But if I didn't charged the battery fully then the SOC readings are not appropriate. At terminate voltage I can see 30% of SOC and board gets turned off.

These results are not similar like mobile battery.

Can you please guide me on resolving this issue

Hello,

Can you please provide the bqStudio log file and gg file with this behavior? Additionally, how was the chemID matched? Was a learning cycle successfully completed?

Dear Jonny,

We are not using BQStudio instead we have set the registers using i2ctool externally by running script.

We have confirmed the chemID from battery manufacturer and set to default as per there suggestion.

Please ensure that you have followed the steps listed in the Quick Start Guide and have configured the gauge correctly. Additionally please refer to this E2E Thread regarding ChemID match.
