At TI, they are viewable with Camtastic CAD software.
You can also view the bottom side of the board by clicking on the image in the UCC28056EVM-296 product folder: https://www.ti.com/tool/UCC28056EVM-296 . This board is a 2-layer board, but the layout is intended to serve as a model for a 1-layer board. Obviously, this EVM is not designed for maximum power density, rather it is spaced out for ease of probing, simple cooling, and evaluation of performance.
This image can show most of the interconnection intent, although the details around the controller IC are a bit obscure.
The dots in the schematic indicate direct connections. The lines approaching the dots are angled because 4-way connections are not allowed by TI drawing standards, only 3-way connections are allowed. The angles allow the components to be aligned vertically for cleaner viewing and understanding of the networks.
