LM5163-Q1: LM5163 with 2 different output voltage

Part Number: LM5163-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5163

Hello Team,

We are using LM5163 having 12V input and 2 different output voltages 5V and 10V with 400mA output.. we are changing output voltage by changing feedback resistor via MOSFET. During calculation I found if I choose one frequency for 5V there will be double frequency for 10V as we are keeping fixed RON resistor. Also if I select inductor for 5V with Approx 50% inductor ripple current at typical values, there will very less ripple current due to change in frequency at 10V. Is their any issue if we have very less Approx 10% inductor ripple current for 12V input and 10V output ? or is there any other way to achive this 2 voltage output for this device? We ave selected this device because it has less short circuit current rating ? In case there is any other device which can work on single frequency with such low short circuit current rating please sugest.

Thank you.
